Job Responsibilities: - Installs, maintains, repairs, removes, or retrofits wireless network antenna systems (e.g. antennas, microwave dishes, feed lines, ice shields, etc.). - Must be able to perform Anritsu sweep testing, PIM testing, fiber optic testing, and laptop down tilt procedures. - Must be able to use AAT (3Z) and RET controller tools. - Capable of identifying essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work. - Read and implement RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis and other pertinent site specific documents. - Transport of heavy equipment and materials to work locations including remote areas to perform functions of the job using appropriate vehicles (e.g. 4-wheel drive vehicle, trailer, fork lift, etc.). - Maintains compliance with all, OSHA and customer-specific safety procedures and guidelines. - Responsible for maintaining all tools, vehicles and equipment assigned to this function. - Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines. - Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers. - Accurately complete daily field reports and submittal on time each day. - Completion of close-out packages and submittal to management within 24 hours of job completion - Maintain and organize crew trucks. - Ability to train and mentor less experienced team members. - Effective planning and scheduling. Requirements: - Proven experience with AT&T LTE carrier adds (GSM / UMTS experience is a plus) and in-depth knowledge of AT&T construction standards and procedures. - 5+ years of experience (Foremen) / 2+ years of experience (Lead Hands) / 1+ years of experience (Tower Hand). - Com Train or equivalent certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification Required less than 2 years since date of certification - OSHA 10 - Must have experience with Anritsu Site Master, 3Z AAT, Andrew RET Tool, and ODM Fiber Tester. - Must maintain level of excellence supervising the quality of work performed by the crew. - Valid driver's license and be able to pass a driving record check. - Proficient in the use of all MS Windows products and databases - Must have your own hand tools (Sockets, wrenches, etc.) www.pwrllc.com Please email resumes to the following: Email: [email protected] Pay Rates: Foremen - $325-$350 / 10 hour day Lead Tower Hands - $275 / 10 hour day Tower Hands - $225 / 10 hour day "Green" Tower Hands (No experience required - SWFL Locals Only) - $150-$175 / 10 hour day
