Local Property Management company with properties throughout Polk and Hillsborough County is looking for People to JOIN OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM! We are looking for an honest, hard working person to join our Maintenance team. Duties include all aspects of Property Management Maintenance, including painting, work orders/repairs, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. Experience preferred but will train the right person. MUST HAVES: A positive attitude and be a team player - Your own transportation and some tools • Pay includes reimbursement for mileage • Benefits include paid flex time off • Basic AFLAC insurance also provided by employer with the option to add on features • Shift differential paid for off shifts We are a clean and sober company.
