End of the year Summer Party for AFCH Surgical Services! WHEN: August 14 TIME: 1300-1700 WHERE: Olbrich Beach - we have a reserved area east of the beach area (see attached image and look for green FOOD: Hy-Vee will be catering this event - we will be having a variety of sandwiches, salads, and dessert. Your RSVP is important for finalizing these numbers. DRINK: There will be water, margarita's, moscow mules and prosecco provided. If you would like other things to drink, please BYOB! NO GLASS IS ALLOWED in the park. THINGS TO DO AT PARK: Relax at the beach, swim, volleyball courts, Rootabaga Rentals - kayaks, canoes available. **There is plenty of fun activities for all - so please bring your family as well (remember to include them in your RSVP). **If anyone has 10'x10' tents - we need about 6 of them to set up! Let Alex Barman, Kirstin Torres or Amy Mliner know if you could bring one to the party.
