CMJ Management Company is currently seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) building cleaner to join our team at the Quaker Meadows Apartments in Lynn. Our building cleaners are responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all common areas including hallways, offices, community / function rooms, building grounds, and vacant apartments as assigned. Employees are also responsible to assist in the set up & break down of community events, notice delivery, and snow removal when necessary. Equal Opportunity Employer.
