Description
Looking for an independent contractor technician who can start now and transition into a full time employee after proving themselves. We are based out of Boston in Dorchester and Fenway. We need someone with excellent communication skills who can work as a team member to come up with safe and creative solutions when obstacles arise in the field. Also required is the ability to read and understand construction plans and documents. The average day would be going to the van, driving to about 3 jobs, completing them, and documenting everything by uploading pictures. Project sizes vary from quick twenty minute jobs to several week long multi phase installations
