Position Summary: The Foreman leads a team of 3 to 12 people responsible for conducting Pavement Maintenance residentially and commercially. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring work is on schedule, and that the job is being performed efficiently and safely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Apply the highest level of workmanship to all elements of the job: instructing crew members of the job requirements and ensuring quality work is being achieved. • Adhere to the site job schedule. • Maintain inventory of relevant tools, equipment, system components, and hardware. • Keep work areas, company vehicles, and warehouse space clean and organized. • Provides guidance and support to office personnel, laborers, and subcontractors on issues concerning job, customers and crew members. Requirements: • Full-Time – with the availability to work overtime or weekends when necessary • Valid Driver’s License
