Rehoming egg laying Cockatiel

Rehoming my 1 1/2 year old female cockatiel. I got her as a companion pet as a chick and hand fed her. This year she started to lay eggs around March. And has laid a total of 23 eggs. I've done everything to try her to stop her from laying eggs. Got a new cage moved cage around and redecorated the inside, cover her at around 4pm to limit light. She clearly wants to be a breeding bird. Would love for her to go to someone very experienced with breeding. So please contact me if interested. Small rehoming fee. Her behavior has changed a lot from having eggs. She does not attack me but she is very defensive and avoids me now not like before.
