Kittens, Lots of Kittens, need help bad.

I know of 12 Kittens here from 9 weeks old to 1 week old and still some that are about to have kittens., I do feed them. None of the cats are mine except one, she is fixed and 7 years old, I will be 81 soon, no way to get around, no drivers lic. or tags on my old car. I am low income and need help from someone. Need someone with some good ideas about what to do about my problem, my very big problem. If anyone would like to raze the kittens and there mother, that would be great. I live 6 miles east of Clinton, to old to walk to town, so I have been thinking about giving up what little freedom I have and moving in town somewhere and get an apt. and I guess just wait to die. Once you lose what little freedom you have there's nothing left. Now I have to take there freedom away from them and there mother's and the males... What should I do???? Can only chat on the computer, and it is not working well.
