The walking tour will start at the entrance of the RISE Demonstration Center and cover existing and completed projects at St. Elizabeths. Please note that these tours will take place outside during the summer months. Please stay hydrated and prepare to walk or stand continuously for up to an hour. This tour will showcase the progress happening at St. Elizabeths East. James Parks is a Development Manager with the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development.
