This concert is a fundraiser to support Anne Arundel families and individuals in crisis and self sufficiency. The Community Action Agency of Anne Arundel County cordially invites you to its inaugural fundraiser event, “THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JAZZ: A Concert of Peace and Understanding,” on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 4:00- 6:00 pm at St. Philips Episcopal Church Family Life Center, 730 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. The individual ticket price is $25 and several sponsorship levels are available. All proceeds from this event will go towards assisting individuals and families in crisis and providing self-sufficiency services through our six programs: Early Head Start, Youth Development Services, Energy Assistance Services , Housing Assistance Services, Health and Wellness, and Returning Citizens. In 2019, we were able to provide assistance to 16,000 Anne Arundel County residents and this number increased by 4,000 , in 2020. With your continued support, we emerge from the chrysalis of the past year even more committed to “Helping People, Changing Lives.”
