Grove City Back to School Bash is a fun family festival to help parents get ready & find things for their kids for late summer & fall! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Grove City Back to School Bash 2021 Presented by Vitality Athletic CenterOur special Grove City event is almost here, this fun family festival in Grove City, Ohio. Now celebrating our 3rd year for this event. Time to celebrate and connect with 1,000+ attendees at this fun community, family event. Vendor RegistrationWhen: August 19th (Thursday, 5PM - 8PM)Where:  Grove City United Methodist Church (2684 Columbus St, Grove City, OH 43123)Who Attends:  Families from Grove City, Southwest City School District, and southern Franklin CountyHow it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 1,000+Festival Eventbrite page: Coming SoonWhy families attend the event: This is a key family event to help them with getting ready for Back to School. Parents attend to find everything related to their family, classes, education, home, fun, adventures, shopping, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Non-stop Fun: Fun Bounce Park, pony rides, petting zoo, stage with live entertainment, balloon artist, glitter tattoos, princess & super hero characters, and more fun!Back to School Supplies: Free back to School supplies to the first 400 familiesFood: Food trucks, treat trucks, and more! Premier Sponsor (Diamond): This includes a lot from 5'x2 banner at KidsLinked booth, 5'x2 banner at character meet & greet area, your information distributed to all attendees, featured on event map, included on all promotional material: $600Balloon Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $500Mystery Candy / Character Zone: Part of the Character Meet & Greet area + 150 candy bars to give to families + Part of Prize Wheel (we provide prizes) – most visible area of the event: $400Main Stage (Platinum): The most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $400 Map (Gold): Great branding sponsorship. Your brand/logo at the top of the event may that everyone receives. Email address of all attendees. Near the front entrance of the event. Very visible: $400 Fun Zone Area (Gold): The Bounce Park is back! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. #1 area. $400Event Bag (Platinum):  This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event.  Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it.  You provide the bag $300Petting Zoo (Gold): Fun animal area is back! Petting zoo admission starts at your booth. Great area to interact with families. Kids provide hand sanitizer or food service gloves before petting animals. Fun is back! $400Cotton Candy, Cookies or Popcorn  (Gold):  You pick 1 of the items and have 150 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part or our family fun theme! Extremely popular - fun!  We provide all the supplies and items for it.  Very popular destination.  $300 per item Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
