Due to the rapid increase in COVID-19 cases /deaths in Tunisians, hospitals are in urgent need to fund for medical equipment. *In light of recent political events in Tunisia, this event is being postponed to Thursday, August 12th and will take place at the Pen Arts Building and Arts Center. Feel free to contact us if you would like to request a refund. Tunisia is fighting one of the world's deadliest battles with COVID-19, having hit the highest death-per-capita rate in the world last week. We are hosting an emergency-relief fundraiser gala on Thursday, August 12th. We partnered with TAYP (Tunisian American Young Professionals) and the Tunisian American Association to collect your contributions (tax-exemption forms available). All proceeds will be used to purchase medical equipment for hospitals in Tunisia- further specifics will be communicated at the event. Drinks and Tunisian hors d'oeuvres will be provided!
