handyman need for apartments

Seeking handyman for ocassional work, year round. Jobs include, changing door locks, sink and toilet repair, install shutters, painting, snaking drains, fixing storm door, caulking, other preventative maintenance and basic repairs. I own 2 multifamily house next to each other. We can negotiate an hourly salary, or pay per job. This is not a regular job, just ocassional work, maybe one or two repairs every month or two.
