In fact, the more attendees from different locations the better for discovering new ideas! #EdCampLock Edcamps are free, participant-driven, un-conferences that empower educators to maximize professional learning experiences and peer networks. Participant-Driven: Session topics are determined by participants. Conversations & collaboration are key! Free + Open to All: Free professional learning events to learn & network. Experience, not Experts: Sessions facilitated by participants, not planned presentations. All are encouraged to speak up & share. Rule of Two Feet: Empowering educators to find sessions that meet their needs. If it isn't helping, find one that does! Bonus Goodies: Free food, drinks, swag and door prizes!
