The 3YB DJ's perform live at Pier 31. Enjoy 10hrs. of music while supporting Pier 31 Restaurant & The 3YB Foundation 100K fundraiser. Come enjoy 10 hours of Music from some of Chicago's top DJ's including Vern Vinyl, DJ Cheez and Hugo H. hosted by group that brought you 3 Yards Bangin' and the 3YB HouseFest. The 3YB Foundation , created in March of 2020, serves to affect positive change in Chicago's Black community by addressing key issues: Access to higher education, Cultural Awareness, Anti-Violence initiatives and Financial Literacy. On August 21st, a portion of donations received will be given to eligible college/trade -school-bound freshman. The goal *is to provide 10 students with $250-1000.00 towards their transition to college life.(*Final amount contingent on donations received) The second goal is to provide economic support to an existing,TBD Chicago-based organization that is working to stem the tide of gun violence in our city. Eligible students should submit their name, email, school attending & parent or guardian name to [email protected] for consideration. Names will be randomly selected during the DJ's performances on Saturday August 21st. Any donation towards this vital and worthy effort are kindly appreciated. Tax deductible donations are available based on IRS guidelines and amounts .
