AG Day is a family-friendly event that promotes New Mexico agriculture! (This registration form is for nonprofit and NMSU booths only. If you have a business and would like to sponsor AG Day and reserve a booth space, please email Kristie Garcia at [email protected]) The New Mexico Department of Agriculture and New Mexico State University College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences invite you to be a part of AG Day on Saturday, Sep. 25, as the Aggies take on the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors at 6 p.m. While the event lasts from 2 p.m.- 6 p.m., booth set up times will range from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. (depending on type of booth). Booth space is limited. Nonprofit booth registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Questions? Contact Kristie Garcia at [email protected] or call 575-646-2804 . Nonprofit & NMSU Organization/Group Exhibitor Booth Cancellation Clause: While there is no fee for an exhibitor booth for non-profit and NMSU organizations/groups, a $100.00 fee will be assessed for a group that registers for a booth space but fails to attend the event and set up the reserved booth. The group will be invoiced for $100.00 following the event. By registering for a booth, you understand and acknowledge that the group you represent will be charged a $100.00 fee if you fail to attend the event and set up an exhibitor booth.
