Hands on Cheesemaking Class with award winning Cheesemaking Sheana Davis and Ben Sessions. Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions, owners of The Epicurean Connection and award-winning cheesemaker, will host hands on Creme de Ricotta Cheesemaking Classes, each Thursday and Saturday at 12:00 Noon.-2:00. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, and enjoy an artisan cheese board and complimentary wine.
