Join CREW Iowa for breakfast, networking and a presentation by Dan Garrett of WNC!
Join us for breakfast at Kading Properties as our guest, Dan Garrett, informs us of the need for affordable housing and some of the misconceptions surrounding the topic. A breakfast of OJ, coffee, breakfast burritos and fruit will be included in the ticket price.
Affordable Housing...What is it, why should we care, and what can we do about it.
Over the next two decades, the Des Moines metro is expected to add 150,954 new jobs in all sectors, ranging from construction to retail to finance...but more than one-third of those workers moving to the region would have nowhere to live.
How does affordable housing play a crucial role in increasing our workforce and decreasing homelessness?
Dan Garrett is the Vice President of WNC and is responsible for their origination efforts in the Midwest, along with Montana, Wyoming and Alaska. Prior to joining WNC, he worked for a tax credit syndication company and founded a development company.
