End of Summer Beach Party! F45 Friends and Family! We cannot wait for our end of summer beach bash! Please arrive at the designated area by 10am (look for our F45 EZ-UP and Flags) and get prepared to start our workout promptly at 10:30am. After the workout enjoy the gorgeous beach, hang with your friends, listen to good music, swim and play sand volleyball! What to bring? Beach attire/Workout attireTowelSunscreenAny food or beverages to keep you full and hydratedLocation: From your maps app enter: Frazee State Beach or Carlsbad State Beach tower 28. We will be located right down the ramp, near the volleyball courts and the bathrooms. There will be plenty of street parking off Pine Ave, Garfield and Walnut. There is also a small parking lot directly behind Harbor Fish Cafe on Ocean Street. Can't wait to see you all there!
