Primary job duties include: • Work under direction from site Superintendents • General job site maintenance and prep • Must have basic general construction knowledge • Must have basic construction tools (tape measure, utility knife, etc.) • Occasionally operate power hand tools • Clean, inspect and maintain company tools • General grading knowledge and equipment operation is a PLUS!! Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs • Ability to communicate with our team and take direction • Keep a safe working environment • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions • Driver’s license required, CDL license is a plus We offer: • Pay will be based on experience • Reliable and consistent work • W2 Employment • Group Health Insurance Available Respond to this ad with your work experience and contact information.
