Our striking and conditioning group session is an intimate experience where you can learn and build with our coaches and your peers. Each session will incorporate three parts: • warm up • striking development • strength and conditioning Attendance: 8-10 club members Rate: $40 Please DM @earnednotgivenclub to ask about our class packages! Gear: $8 - wraps- yours for future use Recommended: Bring your own gloves. FREE - glove rental We have a limited supply of gloves and wraps.
