One-Rep MAX tests the athleticism of current and ex-athletes, and also those who have never participated in a sport competitively before.

One-Rep MAX began in the Winter of 2020 in Harlem, New York City, as the first competition within the Harlem community to objectively measure one’s overall athleticism. We have in mind those that use to be athletes, whether it was recreational or during high school or collegiate days. We’re giving those that crave to reawaken those competitive days, the opportunity by having this kind of event, along with those that have never competed before. Having this event will have a significant impact on everyone, encouraging them to get or remain in shape, while also reaching a GOAL for the next event.
One-Rep MAX
Created as an additional service, we’re offering our clients an opportunity to introduce a competitive edge to their fitness goals. Hosted once a month, we give Members / Non-Members a self-challenge to remain accountable for their fitness journey. We look to challenge each athlete to discover their MAX Rep through weights; seeing how fast each can run in the Mile & 40-yard dash and how far and how high you can jump (vertically and horizontally). The purpose of the event is to allow each athlete to set their own standards and then come back next month to beat it and potentially get that “W”.
