7th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair - Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. At The C. W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. (CWWCHC), we take great pride in our commitment to connect patients with the highest quality medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, regardless of their ability to pay. As part of our community outreach program, we are planning to host our 7th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. This year, we will offer a “drive through” event, offering COVID-19 testing & vaccines, backpacks, school supplies, educational materials, and a variety of other resources and services.
