It's time for another party on the terrazza at Chaz! Join us for our next Patio Series event, a five course Italian Wine Dinner. Che Bello! Here at The Raphael and Chaz on the Plaza, Italian art, food, and wine have always held a dear place in our hearts. Join us as we celebrate the inspiration behind The Raphael and the Country Club Plaza with an Italian wine dinner featuring a five course menu paired with wine, created by Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig and Certified Sommelier Jordan Carver. The Patio Series dinners are always a party, we look forward to seeing you there. MENU Turkey Saltimbocca Meatball with Almond Sage Cream With Cà Maiol Lugana Trebbiano Chicken and Gnocchi Soup Roasted Garlic, Mirepoix, Broccoli Rabe, Dill Pesto With Monterustico Langhe Bianco Toasted Pinenut and Kale Salad Truffle Pecorino, Brown Butter, Preserved Lemon With Michele Chiarlo Le Orme Barbera d'Asti Kobe Bolognese, Oregano Roasted Kobe Hanger Steak, Parmesan Truffle Polenta With Belpoggio Brunello di Montalcino Tiramisu Cake Espresso Cream and Drizzle House Made Espresso Liqueur Seating begins at 5:30pm. To allow time for everyone to get settled, we plan on serving the first course no later than 6:00pm. *We are planning on hosting this event outdoors on the patio of The Raphael Hotel. In the event of uncooperative weather, we will move the event indoors. As we understand some might not be comfortable with this, we will happily honor all refund requests prior to the event.
