Older Shih Tzu needs new home

Hello, needing to find a new suitable home, or even a rescue that can take him in if possible. This was a family members dog who passed away. I didn't want him to end up going to the pound so I took him in and have been caring for him but can no longer since moving to a new apartment and the arrival of my son. He needs to be in an adult only home or with older kids who are calm and understanding of his boundaries. No small kids! -6 years old -Male, neutered -Does well with other dogs (bigger high energy dogs not so much) -Fine with cats -House trained -Leash trained -He loves to cuddle and get plenty of attention from humans. He will need to be groomed again soon and I'm pretty sure he needs a rabies shot again. Medically he is healthy, eats dry and moist Hills Science diet. He has scarring in one eye (reason unknown, he was already like that when adopted originally) so he only has vision in one eye. Had dental work done and some teeth were removed. Doesn't affect his eating ability. No fee for the right, safe loving home, or a rescue.
