Please help! Got scabies from puppy with sarcoptic mange

I recently got a puppy from Craigslist and she was very sick. I thought she was going to die. I spent everything I had trying to save her but what I didn’t realize was that she also had scarcoptic mange (scabies in humans) now my whole family and all 3 of my dogs have the worst itchy rash you could imagine and all of us have to be treated for it at the same time but i don’t have the money for the vet bill for all 3 dogs after treating the puppy for parvo. I’m broke and desperate to make this go away.
