30 minute vinyasa flow and 30 minute sound healing Have you ever wanted to practice yoga and meditate in a jungle of living plants?! Well here’s your chance!! We are excited for this event and hope you will be too! There will be a live DJ @dekez_and_danglez who will provide the music as we have 30 minutes of vinyasa flow and then sound healer Mimi Miller will provide 30 minutes of sound healing and sound meditation with her gong, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, rainstick, Buffalo drum, and more! Participants will get 30 minutes of shopping time around the nursery before @the_plant_stand_of_arizona opens! We hope to see you on your mats! It’s recommended to show up 15 minutes early to get your spot and all settled in :)
