Several open positions available. Both part or full time positions available though schedule must be consistent. Compensation is dependent on experience, and if the candidate is the correct fit, then any needed training will be provided. This is a field technician/installer position. You will spend the majority of your day traveling to and from residential and commercial job sites professionally installing, troubleshooting and repairing wireless internet equipment and systems. Occasional rural work required at tower sites for maintenance, upgrades and repairs. The following will be necessary to ensure optimal performance: *CA Driver’s License and a clean DMV record - you will either ride along with another technician or we provide a vehicle during your shift. * Pre-employment drug screening and background check may be required. ***Ability to climb ladders and WORK at heights. ***Ability to use a laptop, cell phone, timekeeping apps, navigation apps, CRM, databases, and other technical software. ***Ability to work outdoors - this is a job of adventure... you'll see epic views, climb mountains to towers, build lifelong relationships with customers and develop a skill set that can take you anywhere. ***Ability to work in various weather conditions - we work rain or shine! *Ability to work as part of a team or independently - multiple team check-ins daily, regular team meetings and often work independent or alone. *Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend days - some on-call or emergency hours may be required during our busy time of the year or when outages occur. Primary responsibilities include the following: - Running low voltage Cat5e wire and terminating with RJ45 connectors - Mounting and aligning customer antenna - Crawling under houses and in attic spaces - Using a ladder to reach the side of a residence or gaining access to rooftops - Configuring residential wireless gateways - Communicating with the customer in an effective and professional manor Full time employees: Health Insurance after 30-days 24-hrs Sick Pay available immediately 2-weeks Vacation Accrual after 90-days Part time employees: 24-hrs Sick Pay available immediately 1-week Vacation Accrual after 90-days If you are interested in joining our team please send your resume and a brief summary of yourself to [email protected] for consideration.
