A great automotive repair shop, Buslab, in Berkeley is looking to add a full time member of our support staff. Our shop specializes in Volkswagen Buses and Vanagons, and this position would be a great learning opportunity for an aspiring mechanic or anyone interested in classic cars! This person would be responsible for helping keep the shop tidy & organized, assisting the mechanics with various tasks, and aiding the parts department with incoming and/or outgoing orders. The position has excellent working hours of Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and all federal holidays are observed. The applicant must have: A valid driver's license A positive attitude Excellent work ethic A willingness to learn new things Reliable for work schedule A love of all things camping & dogs is a plus! The shop has a fun working environment and is accompanied by a competitive salary. There is plenty of parking around the shop and it is also about an 8 minute walk to Ashby BART.
