So using your definition, tell me why the Seattle, Portland, etc gatherings where the police were assaulted and Federal buildings were attacked are not acts of insurrection. And further clarify why there are no criminals from those gatherings being held in jail without being charged like they are in DC. And further yet, please tell me how liberal politicians AOC, Pelosi, et.al. are paying bail to let these criminals run free of any punishment. I'm all ears.
