Schumer did was indeed an insurrection threatening the live's of two Supreme Court Justices in an attempt to influence their decision as well as the riot at the highest court in the land where protesters revved up by him tried to force entry and physically assault them as well as the other justices. Nothing happened to Schumer, no House investigation was conducted and no one was arrested.
“I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” Schumer threatened the two most recently confirmed justices.
Separate and unequal justice leads to more civil disobedience because Democrats excuse their own.

I guess you could construe the violence at the federal buildings an insurrection, but here is the key difference.
The BLM protesters were not trying to overturn an election. The BLM protesters were not threaten tin the lives of our elected officials. The BLM protesters did not interrupt an official meeting to certify election results.
Trump and his group of radicals was deliberately trying to alter our democracy. These radicals were threatening g violence on specific individuals.
That is a huge contrast. I think of the BLM chaos as anarchy more than an insurrection.
