Press release from the Swampscott Public Library: Janina Majeran July 28, 2021 The town assessed four buildings in town that house our historical documents and materials  This collaboration of the Swampscott Library, the Swampscott Historical Commission, and the Swampscott Historical Society allowed the library, 86 Burrill Street (former police station), Town Hall, and the Humphrey House to be assessed by conservator Donia Conn. She will give her report of the assessment on Thursday, August 5th at 7 pm via Zoom. This work was done through the LSTA grant from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC).
