Salem Schools To Hold Coronavirus Vaccine Clinic At Saltonstall

SALEM, MA — Salem Public Schools is holding a coronavirus vaccination clinic at Saltonstall School aimed at getting eligible students 12 years old and older vaccinated before the start of the new school year. The Pfizer clinic will be open for the first shot on Aug. 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Aug. 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. Curative, the company that ran the mass vaccination site in Danvers and runs the mobile site on Fridays at the Peabody Essex Museum will run the school clinic. The clinic is also open to the Salem public, including Salem Public Schools staff and their families, as well as students who are eligible but are not enrolled in the Salem School District. Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian be present to sign the paperwork. All paperwork will be filled out on-site, but appointment times may be reserved in advance here. Free vaccines are available for anyone eligible regardless of immigration status. Proof of health insurance and identification are not required. Did you find this article useful?
