Missing cat

Our 12 year old gray tabby cat went missing 7/27. She’s on the smaller side and is missing her bottom small teeth. She went missing from the west side of Melita Rd Santa Rosa. We just moved here a couple weeks ago from the only home she had ever known. we are devastated and want to find her. She was last wearing a bright pink collar with a tag.
