Looking for 1 Person for Cleaning & Light Maintenance for a 2 story Office Building. You will be cleaning by yourself twice per week once in the evening after 6 pm on weekdays and once on weekend daytime hours that are flexible approximately 2-3 hours per cleaning (Selection of either Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday or Saturday with flexible hours). Must be reliable, honest and demostrate that you are dependable. Work will include the following: - Vacuuming carpeted floors and vinyl stairways, - Cleaning 5 restrooms, - Removal of trash and recyclables from all offices and placed into proper dumpsters at exterior, - Replacing burnt out light bulbs (Optional) - Painting after tenants move out (Optional) - Small repairs (Optional) Call or Text Larry at 414-254-5178
