We offer our incredibly fast-growing Empress Splendor (Paulownia fortunei and P. elongata) tree saplings to qualifying landowners at no cost. We then work together for 10 years while the trees grow and mature, producing light-weight, highly versatile hardwood lumber. We take care of the harvesting, milling and marketing of the lumber, and we split the profits 50/50. The trees can then regrow multiple times without replanting, and profits from any subsequent harvests belong 100% to you. Empress Splendor trees not only produce valuable lumber - they also replenish depleted soils with nitrogen, the blossoms provide nectar to honey bees, and they clean the air with a very efficient form of photosynthesis.
