Well established, local, licensed, bonded, insured, family owned roofing company looking for experienced roofers and roof repair technicians! QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE! • Reliable transportation to and from work -Driver's license with good driving record a plus • Physically able to work in a variety of outdoor elements and weather conditions • Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds safely • Basic mechanical ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools • Comfortable working on high pitched roofs, ladders and working on high rise buildings while adhering to all safety regulations • Extensive roofing experience SPECIALTY QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledgeable of all type of Roofing Systems such as asphalt shingles, tile, cedar shake, metal (Residential and Commercial). Knowledge of TPO and Torch down roofing systems a plus. • Ability to locate leaks, repairing, and cleaning of roofs. • Organized approach to work. • Good communication and customer service skills.
