Alonda Villa MHC is looking for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community. Duties may include but are not limited to: • Clean common areas, clubhouse, parking lot, trim trees and shrubs. • Keep grounds neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, blow and shovel as circumstances warrant. • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following: plumbing, septic and irrigation. •Perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment on a regular basis. Maintain all tools in excellent condition. • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with residents, staff and co-workers at all times. Skills/ Requirements: • 1 - 2 years' previous apartment/mobile home maintenance experience is preferred • Operational knowledge of basic landscape/cleaning equipment and supplies
