We strive to do what is best—for people and the planet. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Puyallup Distribution Center. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers by efficiently and accurately processing shipments of custom ordered office furniture to recognizable customers. You would be joining a tight-knit team of dedicated individuals working to achieve business goals. Position Summary: • Safely moves and stacks materials in and about the warehouse, staging area, trailers, etc. • Must be able obtain and maintain a hi-lo license for occasional use. • Will be moving/loading materials or finished goods by hand. • May also involve use of bar code readers, computer terminals or other electronic devices to track product. Requirements: • Able to lift more than 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. constantly. • Able to occasionally lift 35-50 lbs. from floor to waist; lift 50-80 lbs. from waist to shoulders; and push / pull up to 100 lbs. • Able to reach forward, laterally, and occasionally over the shoulders. • Able to transition to another work in the zone, department, or any part of distribution as the need arises. • Must be organized and capable of planning routes to improve efficiency and prevent production delays.
