Bar Muscle-Up Workshop
This is a 90-minute deep dive into a staple CrossFit movement, the bar muscle-up.
Coach Dane Leavy, CrossFit9 gymnastic specialist, will lead drills and progressions for athletes who are trying to get their first bar muscle up, or looking to increase consistency and volume.
Prerequisites include proficiency at toes to bar, chest to bar pull-ups, and dips.
