Curries from the garden The monsoon season I’ve had has been wonderful for the garden - these dishes will be made entirely with homegrown vegetables and basils. Includes rice & serves 2. Red curry roast pork - Chinese bbq pork, pineapple, Princess tomatoes, basil Green curry chicken - homemade curry paste, baby corn (!!!!!!!!!), basil Jungle curry chicken - the spiciest one. Brothy (no coconut cream), full of mixed vegetables (okra, eggplants, etc) and holy basil. Basil fried eggplant - Thai long green eggplants, salty fermented bean sauce, garlic & basil. Vegan. Delivery to proximal addresses is available for orders exceeding $60 - please email with your address to request delivery. Otherwise labeled bags will be set on the patio for contactless pickup. Chef Josh Haynes is a native of Birmingham, AL, and in addition to working in some of the best restaurants in Birmingham spent a year studying in Bangkok, Thailand, surrounded by traditional cuisine. In particular, he is inspired by the remnants of Royal cuisine that linger in Bangkok, and the old-fashioned regional dishes of the Kingdom.
