Walking Tour of the Architecture and Attractions of Downtown Detroit Hi YP, We've lined up an expert-led walking tour of downtown Detroit! Highlights include Campus Martius Park, Spirit of Detroit, Paradise Valley District, Capitol Park, and small businesses like Spectacles, Detroit Is the New Black and House of Pure Vin. Total walking distance is about 1.5 miles, so bring your walking shoes! As a transplant to Detroit myself, the downtown walking tour I went on when I first moved here was an amazing, eye-opening experience. I highly recommend this for those who are new to the area. This would be an especially great event for interns! We are a professional and social networking group for Chrysler employees. All ages are welcome; the group is open to the "young at heart".
