MILFORD, CT — The local Republican Party has tapped Peter Berube to run for mayor against Democratic incumbent Mayor Ben Blake, Hearst CT reports. Berube is employed with Milford Bank and is involved in several local groups including the local VFW, Milford Elks and Walnut Beach Association. He has resided in Milford the past 10 years.
