Responsibilities include: Prepare outbound shipments of trade show exhibits to destination cities allowing for the timely and seamless set-up of client exhibits at trade shows. Attention to detail, to ensure that all components and parts of the exhibit are packed according to specifications to ensure proper set up and dismantle. Receive inbound shipments documenting components and parts received back from trade show. Document damages and make repair recommendations. Lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis, unassisted. Clean and repair exhibit carpeting. Drive a standard forklift. However, operation of the forklift truck is very limited and not necessarily a daily function in this position. Work well with others in a team environment and possess a positive attitude. Must be able and available to work overtime hours including Saturdays when necessary and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: The successful candidate must have the ability to stand, stoop, kneel or sit for extended periods of time. Lifting above the shoulders and head is required along with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to assemble and dismantle exhibits before and after the show. Exhibits/Trade Show experience preferred. High school or GED diploma required.
