Description

We have an opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance person for our 20+acre property in the Concord/Kannapolis area. You will operate gas trimmer, zero-turn mower, backpack blower and other associated tools and equipment. You will be working independently, and attention to detail is important... other duties would include trail maintenance, weed control, power washing, etc. We estimate 15 hours per week for grounds maintenance, but more hours could be available depending on your skills. Hours can be flexible. $12 per hour
