Property Maintenance Assistant $14 to $20/hour

FULL TIME. Immediate help needed Knowledge of all outside maintenance & repair such as deck and steps (repair and/or replace), screen replacements, painting, some concrete work and pressure washing etc Previous maintenance experience required. Ability and skill in variety of saws: chop saws, skill saws, drills etc. Ability to measure correctly and cut correctly. Work effectively as a team player. Work days are Monday thru Friday. Work hours are scheduled around requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. (Also, if it is "pouring the rain", we do not work in it.) Must be a citizen or have green card. Must have drivers license and dependable transportation. Must be able to pass drug test and background check. Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.
