By Katie Nielsen, CBS San Francisco: OAKLAND (KPIX 5) — A hit-and-run crash on Mother's Day left one man dead and now the victim's family says they want justice. The crash happened around 5:15 p.m. on May 9 in Oakland along Park Boulevard near Greenwood Avenue. The suspect in the case is 64-year-old Timothy Hamano, a wealth manager who lives in Piedmont. Hamano was arraigned at the East County Hall of Justice in Dublin on Wednesday afternoon. In addition to the criminal case against him, he's also facing a civil suit from the victim's family.
