Wicked Flower Farms is a cannabis farm located in Talent, Oregon. We produce light dep and outdoor flower, and work closely with our dispensary partner in Medford. OLCC farm worker and harvest team member. Must be 21+ *OLCC worker permit required* - OR meet the Dec 21, 2021- OLCC exemption with in-process application prior to starting - please specify when applying. Duties include assisting with farm needs which may include, but is not limited to, plant care (watering, de-leafing, etc), harvesting, trimming flower, planting, etc. Job needs vary based on season. Position is seasonal full-time*, with opportunity for year-round employment for the right person(s). *individual exceptions can be discussed for seasonal workers for part-time/short term contracting. Must be able to reliably commute & show up on time Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and able to work outside Able to follow directions and have good attention to detail Ability to sit or stand continuously throughout shift (6-10 hours) ** Includes generous employee discount at the company dispensary in Medford.**
