I need ASAP: You: Licensed VA contractor, licensed in plumbing/gas. I need: 50 gallon gas water heater removed, returned to Home Depot. Rheem has authorized the return. New 50 gallon water heater picked up. New water heater installed. If b vent required (open area in basement, 3” vent) then provide and install. Reinstall pressure tank from old water heater, new metal drain pan installed (you provide). Give me your best price here, now. Get the work done tomorrow. I will pull permits, you must be there for inspection and verify the vent (provide vent certification). Please don’t respond without price. Must be done Friday.
