Hello - I have a variety of things I need done around my rentals properties: 1) Paint small retaining wall next to a driveway 2) Spread white gravel in trash can area 3) Hang a piece of gutter that fell down 4) Hang some facia that fell down 5) Paint door on shed 6) Remove siding, cut out rotted plywood, replace plywood, reinstall siding 7) Sand front light pole and paint with black paint 8) Install fencing around small side yard - some stockade and some picket fencing; dig holes, set poles, install fencing, etc.
